experienced nutritional coach, who works with you to ensure you get
the results you want. Your nutritional coach will focus not only on
nutrition but also on motivation and developing will power.
Group Coaching

working in a group environment. The Personal Nutrition Group
Coaching programme provides an assessment of your individual needs,
a personal diet plan and 6 coaching sessions. The programme is ideal
for those who want to realise their optimal weight, increase their
