About Personal Nutrition

Nutrition is Personal

We are all unique. Therefore we all need an individual diet. The diet that works for one person may not work for a second. Some people will do well on a low fat, high carbohydrate diet. Others will do well with a higher protein diet or even a diet that is higher in natural fats. This is one reason that diets such as weight watchers, the GI diet or Atkins will work well for some people and not for others. It is the reason that many people feel hungry and tired on weight watchers, or become ill on Atkins.

What does work for you? Most people are forced to guess. Many people swap from one diet to the next, hoping that they will find a solution that works for them.

The Personal Nutrition programme allows you to work with a qualified and experienced nutritional coach, who works with you to ensure you get the results you want. Your nutritional coach will focus not only on nutrition but also on motivation and developing will power.

 

Group Coaching

Many people find benefit and support from working in a group environment. The Personal Nutrition Group Coaching programme provides an assessment of your individual needs, a personal diet plan and 6 coaching sessions. The programme is ideal for those who want to realise their optimal weight, increase their energy and build the foundations of great health.
